Do you want to take your photos from average to great? A timeless photo can be crafted with a DSLR, a point-and-shoot camera or a cell phone. By the end of this workshop, you will have the information needed to manipulate your photographic artistic skills and technical tools as a jumping-off point to quickly improve the quality of the photographs you create. All participants will need to bring a camera. For ages 15 and up.
This program requires free registration. Each participant must be registered separately. For example, if you are attending with a friend please register yourself and then register your friend.
Mark Bergin is a Faculty member of the Music and Digital Media Program at St. Lawrence College, where he teaches courses in Photography, Photoshop, Video Editing, Music, Media, and Integrated Arts. He specializes in dance, theatre, fashion and street photography. He is also the Artistic Director of the Street Ballerinas Performance Art Project. His work has appeared in publications around the world. He’ll give you his Top Ten Tips for creating photographs with greater impact. He’ll also discuss the most common questions he hears from his students.
