Calliope Collective provides accessibility to discover and learn the various artistic disciplines featured in their upcoming events and performances. June 4th, as part of the collective’s Midsummer Celebration, Calliope presents a Movement & Acro Workshop: People Stacking in the Isabel Bader Centre Rehearsal Hall.
Come learn the basics of acro – with and without a partner – and how to create fun human pyramids with Erin Ball. We will explore partner and group shapes focusing on safety, adaptability and fun. All bodies can do circus.
This workshop is a suggested donation of $15. You do not need to commit to being in the public performance to attend this workshop. Pre-registration and waivers are required. Please get in touch before the event to discuss any needs that you have so that you can enjoy the workshop fully.
