Friday 29 November 2019
9 am–4 pm
Before and Aftercare is included, 8:30–9 am and 4–4:30 pm
Fee: $55, $45 members
Spend your day off school in the art studio! Children ages 6–12 use our exhibitions as inspiration as they learn artmaking techniques under the theme Taking Shape with Light and Shadow. Inspired by the exhibition, Leiden circa 1630: Rembrandt Emerges, this workshop will focus on art’s dark and shadowy side, and will explore key components of Rembrandt’s masterful craftsmanship such as texture and chiaroscuro.
