This exhibition presents eighteen colourful, semi-abstract acrylics based on tree and shrub leaves. Bob Young’s style carries on the tradition of botanical painting, but in a brightly coloured way that marries hard-edge abstraction with expressionistic spattering.

Art Noise has two gallery spaces. One will hold Young’s medium and larger paintings. The other space will display a series of ten small acrylics titled “Oak Dances,” which overlaps six oak species like a musical round.
