Fluorescent Beige: Opening Reception

Fluorescent Beige (12 September–9 November) is an exhibition featuring photographs by Brampton-based artist Janice Reid, co-curated with Kingston’s Tianna Edwards, illuminating Black and queer experiences through portraiture and storytelling. Fluorescent Beige is accompanied by several events including a conversation between Edwards and Reid at the opening reception (27 September) and a photographic workshop (September 28).

This event takes place at Agnes’s temporary home on campus, the Rideau Building at 207 Stuart Street. The gallery is located in the garage on the east side of the building.
