About the Residency

The Tett Artist Residency offers Katarokwi/Kingston-based emerging artists across various disciplines three-month residencies with unlimited studio access. Artists in residence will also have the opportunity to showcase their work in an annual residency exhibition. Four artists in residence will be selected for 2024.

Reignite your passion for writing at the Kingston WritersFest 2024 Writers Retreat!

In this immersive classroom setting, participants have a hands-on opportunity to develop skills and master techniques, to emerge as a more confident and effective writer. Whether you are experienced and looking to add a few tools to your toolbox, or are just getting your feet wet with fiction, non-fiction, poetry, playwriting, or genre-defying writing, the Writers Retreat offers fundamental elements of writer’s craft elevate your writing to a new level of proficiency and expressiveness.
